The UC Davis NAGPRA Project joins the Chancellor and colleagues in remembering and acknowledging the passing of former Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Chair Marshall McKay. Chairman McKay was a nationally recognized leader and advocate for repatriation, cultural preservation, tribal sovereignty, and environmental sustainability.
